
Hello all!
I am trying to mass modify my email options for vendors. When I use the Vendors Navigation list and go to Modify there is no "Email Settings" options like there is in my test environment (not database).
I found a couple of articles and they mention clearing the SY07240 table and once users log back in it will rebuild the Actions/Modify/New/Buttons options. I just want to be sure that by doing that I am not removing any customer navigation lists or anything like that.

You can add the Email Settings option to the Action Pane. Do a SaveAs on the Vendors navigation pane so that you have a customizable navigation list.
Select your newly named navigation list highlighted (visible)
Select Customize from the sub-menu
Select Action Pane on the next window
Select the Modify Group in the top box of the Action Pane Details window.
Select Email Settings in the bottom box (Actions in the Group Modify)
Choose the Priority depending how you want it to appear in the Action Pane. Overflow is the setting GP used.
Close the open windows and save your work.
You ought to have the Email Settings option in your Action Pane.
