Hello, I am new to using Dynamics 365 for customer service.

I want to know if my customer can directly engage me using Dynamics service module?

I use JIRA helpdesk but would want to switch to Dynamics 365.

    Yes, you can use Case (Incident) management module. Take the base entity & start customizing the process to tailor your need.
