Dear . we are trying to implement Microsoft as an ERB solution .

the implementer is insisting to downgrade from D365 to AX. as he said the retail module is not stable on promise solution.

please help with providing the issue that might face the retail module if we go with D365.

and advice if we should go with the implementer vision or we should go with D365

Hi Adib Kadi,

There are no good reasons for downgrading from Dynamics 365.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-premises) does not have a retail stability issue.
