How can I use Dynamics 365 Sales to track and manage leads and opportunities?

    Hi Shawn,

    Firstly, you should have the below license and role to track and manage lead and opportunity:

    1. Lead

        1) You can find your leads under Sales in the site map.

        2) See leads in dashboard

        On the command bar, select More commands icon, select Open Dashboards

        We can also select Dashboards under My work, choose leads view in dashboard that you want to track.

        3) See leads in view

         Select leads under Sales, choose list that you want to see.

    2. Opportunity

        1) You can find your opportunity under Sales in the site map.

        2) See Opportunity in dashboard

        On the command bar, select More commands icon, select Open Dashboards

        We can also select Dashboards under My work, choose opportunity view in dashboard that you want to track.

        3) See in view

         Select opportunity under Sales, choose list that you want to see.
