Hi both first of all thanks for your great and valuable replies,
I resolved the issue by uninstalling all the component even AOS then again installed all the toll include with SSRS REport extension that's work for me.check the images.
Best Regards,
Shabir
Hi Shabir,
It is not editable from the installer screen. You can only change it from the System service accounts form as per the screenshot I provided earlier.
I think we already answered those questions.
Could you please try to read all the suggestions one more time.
You should find this information in the previous replies:
- No, it's not editable in the installer.
- Yes, it's editable in AX System Service accounts form.
Hi Gunjan Bhattacharyya,
I checked the business connector services Account. which showing on ssrs report extension installation but i want to change it that my question and it is not editable ?
Best Regards,
Shabir Ahmad
Hi Shabir,
Did you check the Business connector service account? It is present in the System service account form, as mentioned earlier. This account is not dependent on the AOS service account or the SSRS service account.
Did you try changing this account and try to install SSRS extension?
Hi Nikolaos Mäenpää,
My Question is still there why the domain name\ user id is not changeable. That is my question.
Best Regards,
Shabir Ahmad
Hi,
is there still some question? I'm not sure if I understand.
And could you please let us know if your original question is answered? This way we can mark this discussion as done and you can post new questions if you need. To me it looks now that your question is answered, but you might want to learn and discuss more about AX installation, different accounts, and technical planning. But we should not handle all those questions here, since this thread is about "Domain name and user id is coming fix not going to change while installing SSRS Report Extension".
I have one more suggestion: read the AX 2012 Installation guide to learn more about the service accounts: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
Please check these images SSRS report services and AOS services are running with User id alias and when i am installing ssrs Report Extension it come Admin User ID.
Best Regards,
Shabir Ahmad
The AOS Service account has nothing to do with Business connector service account.
Could you verify if your original question is now answered? We have learned how the account in the installer is populated, and how that setting can be changed in AX.
If you need more general information about the BC proxy account, you should start by studying the product documentation:
docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-system-accounts
If you original question is answered, but you have new questions, please post a new question and mark this one as answered. Thanks!
Hi Shabir,
The only way you can set the business connector proxy account is using "Alias" and "Network domain" values. I don't think the user Id has any role here. If the business connector proxy account in System service account form is set to "Test", the same should be picked up while installing SSRS extension. In case it it not, please ensure that your default client config in the server is pointing to the correct AOS.
