Imported Users Do Not Appear

Standing up a new instance of 2009 running CEU demo data.

After getting everything up and running, I imported a number of users from AD.

No error messages, but the user list still just has me in it.

If I try to import or manually create the users, I receive a message that they already exist.

This is a new one on me.. any suggestions?

    Can you show us some screenshot with what exact error you are receiving?

    Unfortunately, there is no error message to see.  Just an empty users form (I see admin and that is all).  If you try to add a user, it says the username already exists.

    I looked in SQL Server, and the users do exist in the UserInfo table, you just can't see them in the AX Client form.

    Saadullah, thank you for responding.

    I have tried adding users two ways:

    1. Just enter the user information as a new row in the Users form.  System Administration > Users

    2. And also the same form System Administration > Users > Import button to import users by name from Active Directory

    This is the same way we have created users in every version of AX from 2009 through D365.  Just on this particular server it does not seem to work.
