Server-Side Sync Error

Hi There,

Sorry if this is a daft question but I am having issues pulling emails from an exchange online plan 1 account into a queue in Dynamics 365 for customer service to create cases. My server side sync errors give me the following error but i cant find a workflow that is inactive any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Gary,

    This 'Workflow must be in published state' is already one warning on your workflow.

    I would recommend you to validation all workflow related with incoming mail like mentioned 'pulling emails from an exchange online plan 1 account into a queue' & 'create cases'.
