Hello everybody,

I would like to integrate my Microsoft outlook account with AX 2012.

Have read and followed the steps provided at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa498242.aspx but unfortunately when prompt to Login Settings for Exchange Server I have to clue what parameters I should pass.

The demo environment used is VM AX2012r2a

Best regards,

Michalis

The documentation you have linked explains that Exchange Server integration is only supported on AX 2012 R3 CU8 or above, while your VM has R2 version:

Support for integration with Microsoft Exchange Server is available only in AX 2012 R3 Cumulative Update 8 and later.

And how can an integration between AX 2012 r2 and Microsoft Outlook can be achieved?

Outlook integration is supported by earlier versions too.

Have a look at the documentation:

    Thank you for your guidance.

Have followed the instruction provided at technet.microsoft.com/.../hh209649.aspx selecting Outlook instead of Exchange Server.

Have also changed the e-mail address of the employee Tim Litton, who seems to be the admin of current system set up. The issue now is that when i go to Home > Set Up > Microsoft Outlook or Exchange Server setup wizard and click Next > Next, I get an error saying "The Microsoft Outlook profile e-mail address test@test.com is different from the employee e-mail address ." even though  I have changed Tim Lintton's / admin e-mail address.
