
I forgot to click SEND, as I rarely send emails and selected SAVE AND CLOSE and resolved my case. I read in our guidelines after-the-fact, that this would cause the emails to be saved as drafts. How can I get to those emails to send them. I have about 15 that I worked on before I realized what I had missed!!

Create on-demand workflow to change the status to draft from cancelled then Use Send Email step in Workflow to send mail.
