Data Entity - Can't find extended HCMWorker table

I have created an extension of the HcmWorker table and added two new fields. Now i am trying to create a data entity, but I can't see the extended table in the list of possible data sources. It is also not showing as a relation if i choose hcmWorker as data source. Anyone have an idea what i am doing wrong?
