Starting Dynamics NAV 2017 changes Windows 10 keyboard language

Hello everyone,

When I start Dynamics NAV 2017, the number of keyboard languages in Windows 10 changes, it creates 2 or 3 other windows languages.

Before :

I have this same problem in NAV2013 and NAV2018, never found a solution.

here is a link to a screen shot, the change is visible on the system tray, where the language menu changes when the NAV is started
