Integrate Dynamics 365 for Sale and Zalo OA chat in Vietnam

Most people use Zalo chat as a communication tool and we want to integrate Dynamics 365 for Sale into this chat application.

And this is the interaction model between Users using Zalo Chat on mobile devices and Users of CRM applications such as Dynamics 365 for Sale.

I see that ZOA sends events to Business Server Webhook, and I don't know how to develop Dynamics 365 for Sale as Business Server Webhook to receive Events from ZOA. Please help me develop it? Or do I need some design to help me build a Business Server Webhook to receive Events from ZOA

    Hi,
     
    Currently, Dynamic 365 sales only integrates with Microsoft owned apps, as far as I know the only one that can integrate with other social platforms is Dynamic 365 customer service.
    Also I've seen some solutions that use APIs, but they don't apply to dynamic 365 sales.

    Hi,
    Within Power Automate, the HTTP action facilitates calling the POST/GET method within the Zalo OA API.
    Naturally, obtaining the access_token is a prerequisite for this operation.
