A good start is to split your problem in smaller parts.

    Seems you have three requirements:

    1) Export list of customers and their balances to Excel, automatically and recurringly (to keep the Excel up to date)

    2) Upload this document to a cloud drive

    3) Manage security of the cloud drive so that some user has read access to the file

    Is this correct?

For requirement 1 I would start by finding a suitable report in AX, and setting up a batch to export is in Excel format.

For requirement 2 I would consider writing a PowerShell script that uploads the file to your cloud drive. How to do that depends on the "cloud drive" that you are using. Most likely they have documentation on the APIs, so please look for that

For requirement 3 you need to study the documentation of your "cloud drive". The solution depends completely on which cloud service you are using.

    Hi,

You can run the customer balance report and export it to Excel.

This gives you the current balance of your customers for the time the report is created based on the period selected.

If you post new transactions you would have to run the report again and export it once again to Excel.

This is not really a synchronous process but might already be sufficient for your managers to analyze the data.

If you need data that are 'more' real time then you can think about using the analysis services cubes. Yet, even if you use them, you would have to ensure that the cubes is processed on a regular basis and the excel document that is based on that cubes is refreshed.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

create a view on database and give only access to those users who will use this excel report. export the view in excel. every time user press the refresh button excel report will be updated with the current record.

    thanks for replay

i really like your split for my problem

    so for requirement 1,2

i already have folder on my pc for example:

    C:\OneDrive\Document\Customers.xls

which will be sync with my account on cloud but i don't need to change that excel file or any of its structure

so can create Excel template and export customers into that excel file and keep update data there

there is no need to change the structure of excel file, columns of your excel will be displayed as displayed in the database, you can create pivot on behalf of that data and make your reports as per your requirement with the data. you just need to refresh the excel before doing any work.
