I suggest one option for visualizing data on maps Such integration helps you utilize the power of Microsoft’s Bing Maps from within your CRM. It lets your sales team map the CRM data onto a map and helps them understand the geographical aspect of your business. Quick Maps is a must-have Dynamics CRM plugin which helps the user in visualizing the CRM data on a map.
Three options:
1. Make sure you're using the branded Dynamics Field Service app. This is MS's licensed Resco version and should do what you want.
2. Purchase Resco yourself if you want to customize the mobile app
3. Purchase Maplytics if you want to use the generic Dynamics 365 mobile app but still want mapping on desktop and mobile.
Number 1 is likely your answer, it should do what you see on that screenshot.
