Hi,
I am doing setup and configuration of "Connector for Dynamics NAV" to synchronise my existing CRM and NAV databases. I am using CRM 2011 and NAV 2009 R2.
After setting up the NAV and CRM adapters successfully, i am running the CRM configuration utility to configure my CRM 2011 database. The configuration wizard runs all steps successfully except for the last two steps viz. Renaming and Deactivating the existing product, during which it generates below error twice.
Note that the CRM 2011 database has been upgraded from CRM 4.0 and it contains a plugin Celenia (CCC) link which i am unable to unregister/delete.
Let me know how can i overcome this error.
