Matching unauthenticated lead behaviour to authenticated user

Hi, My customer downloads a whitepaper and becomes an authenticated contact. How can I view what they did before they become a known contact? Ie. the original source to how they came to the whitepaper webisite.

    Hi,

    Do you mean Marketing Page by Whitepaper?

    If yes, it can be found in the details tab of the contact.

    Or if the contacts are created by registering an event.

    It will be filled into the field - Originating Event.

    Hi Nya, Thanks for your response! I am looking at a way to understand one step before this originating event, in other words how has the contact arrived to the marketing page or form.
