In a RT Journey - Can I schedule an email to only send on weekdays?

I know this feature is not supported OOTB yet - but has anyone found a way to do it?  

I think I can create a custom trigger and upon activation within a Journey, passes me back a date/time for the next weekday.  Then I use a Hold tile: hold until the date given by this trigger.
