Hi I have installed GP 9 SP4 on the system with GP 9 SP2, but utilities is not showing database upgrade option.. and when i try to login to GP, it is giving error stating GP version is different from database version.
Pls. advice if there is anyway i can start database upgrade forcefully for GP 9 SP4.

Check the DYNAMICS..DU0000030 table. If there are records there delete them. When you fire up GP Utilities does it show 9.00.0386? Perhaps I sent you the wrong update.

It is showing up 9.00.0352 version, after installing the SP4 patch you have provided.
Could you please share the version, I should install after the GP SP2 .. as well GP 10 software..
