More Information on File Data Type

Hi All,

I have a few questions on the Data Type: File.

We have encryption Key Enabled on our Production Instance. Our database version for Production is 9.2.21071.00142. Will our production instance support the FILE data type field?

Also, in the docs for CMK enabled environments, its mentioned:

Other limitations:

1. User Delegation SAS Downloads are not supported. - Could somebody please help me understand this.

2. Chunking uploads and downloads are limited to a single chunk - I did a POC, I can download a 15MB file without chunking, but while uploading its I am required to chunk it. Why this behavior?

Where exactly is the File Stored?
