Stopped Job queue entry

Hello,

i would like to ask, if it is possible to check somewhere which user stopped (change status to "on hold") job queue entry? Because job queue entry log shows only errors and working time (and I noticed the gap of time, when it didn't work).

    Job queue entry could become on hold also for tasks on error or service shutdown. It’s not always a user that does that.
