Sales Order - incorrect text showing when configuration selected

Hi - we have a problem with some of our product codes not bringing through the correct text when the configuration is selected.

For example, in the screen shot below; line highlighted 2 when we enter the configuration 08;07;293;53;WG02 for item number MPL017 it self-populates the text box with the colour and size. In the line highlighted 1 when we enter the configuration after the item number it populates the text box with the product name not the description.

Within the configuration dimensions we have set the name for separate configuration.

I can't see any differences between the two product codes but would like the item number MLW001 to bring the text description through like it does for MPL001

Hello Vic MC,

Your screenprints are very tiny and I cannot identify anything even if I click on them to zoom out.

Is it possible to make them once again and upload them separately?

Hi Vic,

if the product codes have the same setup they should have the same behavior in sales order.

You should investigate step by step during the SO creation what you did for the first item, then repeat the same for the second one in a new SO.

For a deep investigation in your environment, I would suggest you to open a Support Request.
