You could also have used the Windows forum for this.
I got the hotfix but did not work. it has a message "KB2390372v2 does not apply, or is blocked by another condition on your computer".

Which version of SO ?
Cumulative Update ?

In few words, try to download the last Cumulative Update and running again the AX Setup.
You asked for the link supposing you needed this update. Can you tell us where you found this KBnum and why you think you needed to have this installed?
