Hi,

I created trial version for online d365 sales, then I used the same credential to install for marketing and customer service apps. I thought the database should common for these 3 modules. But it seems like different database for each module. I am having some confusion on this. Can you please clarify me ?

I have the same question (0)

    Hey!

This will depend on how you've deployed:  If you go to PowerPlatform Admin Center, you can select the app (Customer Service for example) that you can deploy into the environment, and that way they will share the same DB.  However, if you go to trials.dynamics.com, you might end up creating 3 different environments, with 3 different databases without any relationship.

    Regards
