We are wanting to automate the enabling the 'Block POS Logon' function on our workers when required. What tools are people using for mass worker changes?

In which case do you need an auto block? , with wrong password Retries?

consider/try with AAD login for POS:

docs.microsoft.com/.../aad-pos-logon

then set the policy to login re-tries, once a number of attempts are exceeded login will be blocked.
