Problems with Balance Sheet

Hi,

When I am trying to generate a balance sheet - standard report I get the following error message.

Make sure that the report was generated with the following settings:

A valid report date
Valid dimensions and accounts
A valid reporting tree unit

Change your report options or work with your report designer or generator to make sure the report is using the right settings.

I have a valid report date. Valid dimensions and accounts, where can I see if the dimensions and account is valid? Since I choose a standard report I assume that the reporting tree unit is valid.

Plx help me.

Hi Matilda,

Do you want to generate standard report Balance Sheet - Default (i.e. Financial report)? Have you done any customization in this report?

If you get the following message, it can be related to that there is no transaction in the company:

If you have data in the company, you can check if on Dimension set is assigned main account or financial dimension. If not you can create a new one.

then check if main accounts have main account category:

If there is dimensions on Dimension set, you can evaluate to reset "Data mart".
