two orders on same picking list -> consolidated picking?

Hi all,

Let me explain the situation:

I created 2 sales orders:

Sales order 1 with product A (customer 1)

Sales order 2 with product B (customer 2).

Note: item model group: consolidated picking method is checked.

Then i go to the form where all sales orders are listed up, select both sales orders, go to the tab 'pick and pack' and push on button 'pikcing list'. Then 'ok' and i should expect one picking list..However, nothing is created and printed but the buttons 'Picking list' (in 'generate pane') and 'picking list' in 'journal pane' aren't enabled...

Have someone a solution for this problem?

Create the shipment from Inventory management by selecting the created orders and activate the picking should do.

Hi Frederik,

Having consolidated picking method checked in Item model group is just one of the setup.

In order to consolidate shipments you need to create the shipment templates and define criterion on them to combine orders. Make sure that the criterion you define on shipment template is fulfilled by the orders you are trying to consolidate.

Hi,

Did you achieve this?

I am trying to print one picking list report for multiple sales Orders.

I do not want to use warehouse management functionality.

Any suggestions, I think consolidated picking requires warehouse functionality.

without adv warehouse, on item model group select consolidate requirement and then create picking list for multiple orders
