We consume items to the project when we post the production order picking list and end the production order.
How can i process production order pick list in WMS?
Note: we don't use routes for the production order.

does anyone know if it is possible to restrict dimensions in the PO and Expenses to only those available in the legal entity. We have a shared chart of accounts across a fairly complex legal entity structure and at the moment all legal entities can see all Dimensions. Is it possible, by code or preferably otherwise, that we can lock down the dropdown menus to only show dimensions valid in a the legal entity you are in.

I forgot to mention we are issuing production orders based on projects. so they are consumed immediately after posting picking list and end production order.

Basically you need to setup: wave template for production orders, work template, location directive for raw material picking.
Please refer to this topic community.dynamics.com/.../142502 it has similar question where you can find similar setup done by topic stater.
