Microsoft Dynamics customising Self Service & licencing

A new addition to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources legions here, so a prior apology in case I am repeating a question that was published before. Did my research in advance though.

  • Going through the D365HR licensing, I can see that we are able - within the Power Apps/Power Automate Use Rights with Dynamics 365 license Dynamics 365 Customization/extension of licensed Dynamics 365 application - customise licenced Dynamics limiting to 15 entities.
  • However to run these customisations, one needs Microsoft Enterprise.

I am wondering if there is a workaround (that would not violate any MS rules and regulations) in being able to customise the self service in D365HR by adding fields? Or according to these charts being able to run these customisations and power apps under the basic licence for users?

Thank you for the help to a MMicrosoft newbie...

    Hi Farouk,

    The left diagram is applicable for the CE apps, as I understood before. If you want to customize the Self service within HR itself and not using Power Apps, you can try to achieve it with custom fields.
