Ok, so I am starting to use this with my new D365 implementation but I am seeing some flaws I would like to correct and having trouble finding my answers.
First one is - Contacts and Accounts. When they come up, information is shown and displayed and I know how to edit that form but is there any way to edit the pointer of the Contact Record or Account record to point to a Quick form instead of the main form? The main form is just too much to go through in the Outlook app and I would like to have a thinned out version for people to see from there and then go into Dynamics if they want to see the whole thing.
Second one is - when that record comes up in the display and shows me the contact in Dynamics and then an account record they are associated with (if in fact the contact record is in there and associated with an Account), where is that account card at to edit? I would like to throw a few more piece of information on that other than just the account name.
