Since yesterday, we are facing this error while qualifying Lead or Suspect:

Exception Message: An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

    Hello Nya,

    We have Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE v 9.0 or 9.1, not certain between this 2.
