We have been researching integration platforms to primarily use for AX and Salesforce, but t be able to use with other applications such as RightNow would be a bonus.
In our eyes, the best AX integrations platform would be RapidiOnline. The subscription price is fine, it is delivered with a standard connector for all the objects we are looking for, as well as new SF objects for invoices and payments. The solution has a great deal of customer references.
Another solution we have looked at is Boomi. It is a more general solution, with a standard RightNow integration in place. The downside is that we will have to build our own integration for AX.
So, I am wondering if anyone here has any experience with a Salesforce integration to/from AX? Recommendations?
