Dynamics 365 Online Skype for Business Integration

We are using Dynamics 365 with outlook client and have question related to Skype for Business integration. If we are using Skype for Business and users makes calls from outlook client are these phone calls will be tracked in CRM as activities just like the one using click to call from CRM? If not is there any plugin to track those phone calls?

    Out-of-box they won't track. You can get in touch with my colleague vlad@dynamicalabs.com. He has the Lync (former for Skype For Business) integration with Dynamics 365 plugin.

    Hello, Kloud!

    I'd suggest for you to check out Tenfold, which is a third party CTI that integrates Dynamics and SFB. Our office settled for that and It worked great for us, I hope the same results for you.

    To name a few of the things I like about this solution, Tenfold has a floating UI (screen pop caller ID), click-to-call, and automatic call log features. I just saw this thread and I hope this can still help. Good luck!

    Hi,

    As you are using Dyn 365, you have installed the outlook CRM App.

    If you don't want a lot of implementation the simplest way is from oulook to create a new phone call activity and then normally you have the click to call functionality of CRM.
