Dear Consultants
I am having a strange issue that when i settle my PDC it does not get transfered to the General Profile. It still is sitting in the PDC profile. It should technically move into the General Profile.
Can you please help or guide.

Have you already checked LCS for available hotfixes especially if you are not operating on the very latest platform update (PU28 at the moment)?

We are using DAX 365 Ver 10.0. We always had this problem.

Can you let us know in which AX2012 version you experience this issue?
Is this the first time you experience the problem and did it work correctly in the past or it is that you started using the PDC feature just recently and immediately see this issue?
