From where is the name marked in the screenshot below retrieved ; note that there is a label on workflow type and on workflow approval ?

Hello maram,
To update the name you should edit the workflow and click on an empty spot in the workflow design frame and hit the "basic settings" button, then rename, save and activate the new version of the workflow.
I have experienced a bug in AX 2012, if you only change the name as I mentioned above and save it, AX won't save, instead it will give you an hourglass for couple of seconds and then show the workflow editor screen again.
To get over this, you can make a little change in any area, in a text or something.
Or you can just edit the name in WorkflowTable.

Open you workflow configuration, click Basic settings button and then whatever name you specified here would appear on the yellow strip when workflow is activated.
