HI,
I have added 2 quick view forms of contact to case form. I had to choose to do this, because one of the quick view is shown as a card - that gives the ability to click and navigate to contact record and also the card shows the primary contact prominently on the case form. Because of that, it only allows 4 fields. We just wanted a 5th one. So I created another quick view with just one field. But that makes it behave very weird.
- On load of the case form or on refresh, this pick list doesn’t show the actual value from the pick list, instead just shows “--".
- When I go into contact form for this record, I see the same “--” in that record as well. Note that this had a value selected.
- Just refreshing the contact form, brings back the value (Email, None or Phone).
- Navigating back to the case form, now shows this value.
- Upon refreshing the case form, the value is gone again, from case form and from the contact form.
Any ideas what could be going wrong?
