Questionnaire statistics results missing

Hi,

I have a following problem:

1. I created a questionnaire

2. created schedule and planned sessions

3. users answered the questions

4. Now I try to run statistics (just like I did for previous questionnaires)

5. I press execute and got feedback that xxx number of result records were created

6. I click ‘Results’ and get a blank page with no results…

Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Hi,

    Did you check the steps mentioned in MS docs?

    docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-learning-design-questionnaires

    Also, check the Questionnaire parameters.

    I've set up a questionnaire using this exact guide before and I could see the results for previous questionnaires.

    It just seems that when I create any new questionnaires I can't see the results. I've set up the same options, result groups and parameters on the statistics execution.

    I can see the answers separately, but not statistics.

    With the questionnaire parameters, nothing has changed since I've done previous questionnaires that worked fine and I can still the statistics results for those.
