    Hi vasu reddy,

    Could you give more details in your description? What do you mean when to create fields, entities and business rules in Dynamics CRM?

    Dynamics CRM  released with some predefined module called Sales, Service, Marketing etc. There are a few OOB entities, fields and business rules.

    are you means the created on date for fields, entities and business rules?

    if yes, the business rule is under processes

    Basically you can write a plugin on Publish/PublishAll message so that you can trigger some email or log an audit entry in custom entity based on your need/condition.
