we have a $600k invoice, we want to pay $200k this week, $200k next week and $200k the week after. How do I make just a partial payment in Great Plains?
There is nothing tricky here. You enter a payables check for $200 in the first week, $200 in the second week and $300 in the last week. After the final payment the invoice will move to history.
