Does Office 365 come included with D365?

Hi all

Apologies for what appears to be a stupid question!

We are an NHS organisation and as part of a national contract have commenced the implementation of Office 365. I am keen to utilise Dynamics 365 Customer Service for our department, however the pricing model doesn't tell me:

  1. Does Dynamics 365 come with Office 365 Enterprise as standard?
  2. If so, as we already have Office 365, would the price for Dynamics 365 come down?

    Hi Jon,

    The Dynamics 365 does not come with an Office 365 Enterprise subscription. They are different licenses. You may check out the Dynamics 365 license guide below to know more details on what kind of service is included.

    No worries at all – not a stupid question! Dynamics 365 and Office 365 are separate subscriptions. Even if you've got Office 365, Dynamics 365 usually comes with its own pricing. I also suggest you use an office 365 cloud backup, though. Better to be safe than sorry!
