Hello everyone,
For some reasons, my company decided to use Dynamics 365 customer service to register forms with internal inventory data.
The advantages were audit logs and user tracking. They already use it for other purposes.
I'm a web developer so I'm very confused.
In your opinion, is it possible just customize this customer service module adding the new forms or should I use another tool?
