SL2011 - Credit Hold Automatic Released ( Order Management)

Hi All,

Need help for this credit hold issue. Credit Limit & Past Due for below customer are overdue but may i know why the system still automatic release the credit hold for below SO?

Anyone can explain the reason why the credit hold will automatically released in the system? i've attached some screenshot below for your reference.
