If the customer export the BPM library, will those AXTR files also be exported?

Can you elaborate on your question? Is your question about exporting the LCS BPM to Excel or are you doing something different? E.g. syncing to DevOps Test plans?

Not that I know of. Only way to save it is individually after you create a task recording, or if you edit one and choose to save the file locally so you can later create your automated tests in vs.
