    Hi Paras,

It will be helpful if you can explain how you imported the global products. Have you checked in the table browser if the InventTable has records? It could be the case, that this table has records, but related other tables not. In that case, the records are not visible on the released products form.

    Hello Paras M,

Do you operate D365FO or AX2012?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Paras Mehan,

Let me just clear with you.

--- You have uploaded the products in system.

--- While uploading released products; you are getting this error.

--- But there is no such duplicate released product available as you mentioned.

Would like to know; are you uploading through 'Excel' ? Which data entity you are using to upload released products in ERP ? I believe; you are using the entity Released products V2 right !

In this data entity, you will find 2 tables named as ItemNumber and ProductNumber.

Bear in mind; if your item and product numbers are same, then just copy the product numbers and paste in both "ItemNumber" and "ProductNumber" columns in the datasheet which you are using for uploading purpose.

For example; if product number = 1001; then same will be used for item number.

In case if product and corresponding item numbers are different; then you need to arrange your data accordingly in your datasheet.

For example; if product number = 1001 but corresponding item number is 1005; then write '1001' in the ProductNumber column and '1005' in the corresponding ItemNumber column in your datasheet.

Again; as Zain Mehmood mentioned; please make sure you are not preparing your data with an item number which is already created / available in the system. Otherwise you will get error while uploading the data.

Kindly check and update us on this.

    Best regards,
    Sourav Dam

    Hi Paras,

You will need to delete from product Master as well. Because you are using the entity products for uploading the item & it has both item number & product number in it.

Please mark YES against the answer that helps you. Thanks

    Warm regards,

    Hi Mr. Zain,

    Thanks for response!

None of the product is existing with same Numbering in Released Products. It is only in Product Master form.

If i changed the number for importing of released products then how it will linked with product master?

    Hi Paras,

This means that you already have an item number xxxxxx0232, 10001 in the invent table. If you want to upload then you will have to change the numbering of the item or delete the items which already opened with this number sequence.

Please mark YES against the answer that helps you. Thanks
