Locked by the system checkbox - Unable to post the Item arrival journal

Hi,

I am willing to post an item arrival journal but I keep getting the following message and the 'Locked by system' check box gets automatically ticked. There is not other user doing this process on any of the servers and I have admin rights. I have repeatedly unticked this check box and tried to re-process, but keep getting the same message. Please help understand what can be done to resolve this and proceed.

Note: This item arrival journal is associated with a return order which I am trying to process using WMS.

    Hi,

    Have you tried restarting your system or posting this transaction with another user? Does this help fixing the issue?

    Hi Dr. Ludwig,

    Thank you for an immediate hand. Unfortunately, neither the restarting of system nor processing from a different user id helps. System shows the same message. anything else that I can do?

    Hi Dr Ludwig,

    Happy to share that, as I read an article on the webpage (daxdude.blogspot.com/.../ax-issue-cannot-edit-record-in-sales.html) and tested, it is learnt that turning off OCC in the properties of the SalesLine table has resolved this issue.
