Mail integration processing issues

Some of the emails which are already in Outlook are not created in dynamics 365.

Detailed error: 

An unknown error occurred while receiving email through the mailbox "DRINGND WG: Kundennummer 541517 - WBG Wohnstift Betriebsgesellschaft". The owner of the associated email server profile eMobility Eskalation has been notified. The system will try to receive email again later.

Email Server Error Code: Exchange server returned UnknownIncomingEmailIntegrationError -2147220955 exception.

Do you know what is the issue here?

    Hi Andreea,

    I think that the emails are not approved, if you don't have the security role that permit you to approuve mail boxes, then you cannot activate the mailboxes

    Hello,

    Yes can be external emails or internal. I am not configuring myself the options for exchange server, so I can't change the options/properties.

    Hello,

    My error code ends with 5 not 6 and I don't have any workflow or plugin to run on the email records...

    It's an external email ?
