Hi Gurus ,

Could you please help me out, why m i getting 'The Operation has timeout issue' while waiting for response from Mulesoft API .

By Postman, we have no issues while testing, however, when sending data with credentials by plugin, we are encountering this issue .

Is the problem lies at crm end or Mulesoft end, how could i know .

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Khan,

Thank you for posting on Community Forum.

If you are able to connect via Postman using the credential and the Oauth 2.0 , you will have to check from Mulesoft API end as well.

To be sure where to start asking for help you can try to use this tool and connect to them:

Here is the Plugin registration tool: docs.microsoft.com/.../download-tools-nuget

If you don't have the same issue, you should start with the 3rd party to see from their end.

    Hi,

Could you please increase the timeout property value  in your API call code?

Also, if possible please share source code to check this issue further.

FYI CRM has 2 minutes limitation in our plugin code.

Please mark my answer verified if i were helpful

There was no issue for 2 mints limitation as this timeout was within time frame, however issue is figured out, it was issue with in API , so if API is working in POSTMAN does not mean issue is not there, i figured out the issue by using API in another environment and i gave the error there also then it was sure issue is not in crm and finally other sytem fixed it in xml. Its resolved now :)
