I recently got a ticket that our production environment was no longer appearing in the D365 mobile app. I have both a regular user account and a sys admin account, and was able to confirm that my regular user account was not able to see the prod instance of our app, while my SA account was.
However, all apps in our non-prod environments appear in the mobile app. This occurred shortly after I copied prod down to test and dev, so all security roles and permissions should be the same across environments. Admin mode is also disabled on all environments.
What else can I check to get our prod env apps to appear again?
Figured it out - The issue was the "Sales, Enterprise app access" security role. It needed to be applied to each user directly and not via a team inheritance.
