I experience the following error when I try to create a new chat widget in omnichannel. The error occurs when I click the save button. Please see the screen shot below.

Thanks for your responses. The problem was as a result of not enabling a chat channel for omnichannel. I was able to get it to work after enabling chat, Facebook and SMS channels for the relevant environment.

Hi,
assign yourself Omnichannel security roles.
Reinstall the channels from solutions.
Then If needed, Open a ticket with MS Support.
