The last version for India localization is NAV 2016 and Microsoft releases the cumulative update for NAV 2016.
Till now there is no official announcement for NAV 2017, NAV 2018 & Business Central with Indian localization.
Hello! There is no official Indian localization for 2018. You can ask local partners if they have customization.
