Im studying myself in D365 for Retail, in Loyalty card. When I performed transaction in POS, I had entered the customer loyalty card code to earn points. But I checked in backoffice, I didnt see this points after performing transaction. Does it need to do anything form POS to Back office, such a synchronization,..?
Can you give me how to solve it, please?

Hi, it can be that collection of loyalty points does not happen in real time - don't you have flag 'Post loyalty points in batch' enabled in Retail parameters?
